Innovative Approaches to Engaging Men and Boys in the US,&#8221; hosted by National Latin@ Network for Healthy Families and Communities, a <a href=\"https:\/\/nationallatinonetwork.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">project of Casa de Esperanza.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the session, Jane and Brian presented some of Equimundo&#8217;s latest research, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equimundo.org\/fr\/resources\/man-box-study-young-man-us-uk-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>La bo\u00eete \u00e0 hommes<\/em><\/a> \u2013 a study on men&#8217;s attitudes, perceptions, and practices as they relate to gender equality in the United States, United Kingdom, and Mexico \u2013 and discussed how such research is informing innovative gender-transformative programming in the U.S., such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equimundo.org\/fr\/programs\/manhood-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Virilit\u00e9 2.0<\/a> program.<\/p>\n<p>The webinar aimed to provide participants, including violence prevention programmers, researchers, service providers, and others affiliated with the National Latin@ Network around the U.S., with an understanding of how harmful ideas about masculinity and manhood link statistically with negative health and well-being outcomes in the United States and Mexico. It also aimed to provide insights around adapting, designing, implementing, and evaluating an evidence-based discussion group curriculum for high school students in the U.S., and a better understanding of how national survey results and program evaluations can be used to inform, adapt, and improve this programming.<\/p>\n<p>Watch the full recording below:<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"What Does the Evidence Say?
